The Information Provision Policy has been established within the scope of the “corporate governance principles” of our company. This Policy aims the provision of information to our customers, stakeholders and public institutions in a timely, accurate and complete manner and under equal conditions.
This Policy ensures that the information which will be disclosed to the public shall be comprehensible, analyzable and accessible with affordable costs in the manner which will assist the mentioned persons and institutions in terms of decision-making.
The trade secrets, information in the nature of customer secrets and the information which comprise legal drawbacks in terms of disclosure shall not be subject to the obligation of public disclosure.
The information provision policy shall be presented to the general assembly by the board of directors and it shall be disclosed to the public via the website.
