AgeSA which is conscious of the fact that the leadership is not merely related with the work production supports the leadership perception by means of its international corporate social responsibility works as well. By participating in June 2008 in the initiative named "Caring For Climate: The Business Leadership Platform" which was commenced by the Global Compact members in order to fight against the climate change, AgeSA volunteered to take responsibilities against the global warming which threatens our future.

One of the most important responsibilities of the “Caring for Climate” initiative is to explain the importance of climate crisis within the companies and the society and within the framework of this apprehension, to mobilize the society in order to find the solutions which will mitigate the climate crisis.
Among other obligations of the supported initiative, ensuring of efficient energy usage within the company, making cooperation with the government, local authorities, sectoral companies and the non-governmental organizations for the achievement of an order which will cause a lower carbon release and to take effective charges along with the employees, customers and investors with regard to this matter.
