1 Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions have been calculated in accordance with ISO 14064-1, with the principle of operational control within the framework of the "Greenhouse Gas Protocol: Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard".
2 Total CO2 Equivalent Emissions cover Scope 1 (513 tCO2e) and Scope 2 (384 tCO2e) emissions. Scope 3 emissions are excluded.
3 Total Scope 3 Emissions cover emissions from business flight (15.5 tCO2e), employee commuting (181 tCO2e), waste generation (61 tCO2e), suppliers (8.477 tCO2e) and investments (23.132.041 tCO2e)..
4 It covers the expense from shifting to distant sales with biometric signature.

6 Community Lending and Investments cover;

  • Communication activities continued during 2021 within the scope of "At All Ages" project which we aim to Influence aging perception of middle aged and raise the reputation of «aging» concept in Turkey. We invested in the community by “At All Ages” Project by supporting NGOs which are working on aging issues. We founded “Fund for All Ages” in an effort to support and encourage civil society activities on aging and aging-related issues in Turkey. We provided a total of 390,670 TL grant support to 5 projects of 4 different non-governmental organizations as the Fund for All Ages.
  • We published “Live your life to the fullest” book that guides community for aging process and explains the art of aging. The investment cost of the book is 1.108.000 TL and the proceeds from the sale of the book is donated to civil society activities.
  • By making donations to the Hope Foundation for Children with Cancer (KAÇUV), in the case where the immediate families of the employees deceased, the condolence cards were sent and in the case where they had serious surgical operations, diseases or accidents, get well soon cards were sent. The total amount of the donations is ₺2,100.
  • By virtue of the “AgeSA” scholarship foundation which was established by the Turkish Education Foundation (TEV), we contributed to the education of the female students. Donation was made to the AgeSA Turkish Education Foundation Fund for the total number of employees who participated in the survey subsequent to the AgeSA Commitment Survey. The total amount of donation is ₺56,400.
