Complaints Management Procedure

Your complaint will undergo a preliminary review by a Complaints Manager the day it reaches our company.

The review process is completed within 2 work days on the average and the customer is informed of the result verbally or in writing (by mail or e-mail).

Intermediate notifications will be provided to the customer as to what stage the review and the complaints procedure are at in the event the review takes longer than the average duration.

Customers can receive information from our Customer Satisfaction Center at 444 11 11 as to what stage the review and the complaints procedure are at.
